I stumbled upon this shop while searching for a place to get my leather goods embroidered, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made the entire experience enjoyable. I had a leather bag I wanted to personalize, and they helped me choose the perfect thread color to match. The turnaround time was faster than expected, and the final product exceeded my expectations. The only thing I would suggest is maybe having a more extensive selection of thread colors displayed, but overall, it was fantastic. I will definitely be returning for more!

I visited this leather shop to get my jacket repaired and left utterly impressed! The quality of the repairs was excellent, and the staff took the time to explain what they would do. They were friendly and clearly knowledgeable. I didn’t have to wait long for the service, which was a pleasant surprise. I would have loved to see more display items showcasing their embroidery work, as I might be tempted to make a custom order. Nonetheless, I’m delighted with the service and will recommend them!

Absolutely love this place! I brought in a vintage leather jacket that was starting to show its age, and they did an incredible job restoring it. The staff took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure to keep the original feel of the jacket while enhancing it. They also added some cool embroidered patches I had brought in, and they blended seamlessly with the design. The only thing I'd mention is that the shop can be a little tricky to find, but trust me, it’s worth the effort! I can’t wait to show off my jacket to friends; it looks brand new. Highly recommend for anyone looking for unique leather craftsmanship!

I have been on the hunt for a reliable place to get custom leather items, and I finally found it! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were eager to assist. I had a beautiful leather tote bag embroidered with a meaningful quote, and they nailed it! The quality was superb, and the price was reasonable considering the craftsmanship. I also appreciated how they provided updates throughout the process, making me feel valued as a customer. One small suggestion would be to have more seating for waiting customers, as it can get a bit crowded at times. Nonetheless, this place is a gem, and I’ll be back for more custom work!
